In Your Heart

In your heart, your mind, your life, may fear and uncertainty not have their foothold.

May your breath, your soul remain pure, from an untainted spirit within, immune from the pollutants from what we breathe, construct.
In your speech, and thoughts, and deeds, may your truth be your strength, and your faith be greater than in those of this world.
May your clarity and gentleness be fresh-fed as when first conceived.
May your faith in goodness never fade, even when awashed by the tidal floods of pain and strain.
And may you not hold yourself in bondage through your fears and shame of deeds done in days when you knew not of the One.
